Moroccan Spice Mix

Full disclosure, I stole this from this recipe and have only ever used it in conjuction with olive oil as a chicken marinade, but it might work, lets see.

• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
• 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
• 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
• 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• pinch cayenne pepper
